About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Manager to lead their analytical functions in Kimberley . You will work closely with senior leadership across various departments to develop financial models, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing key insights and variance explanations.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.




Identify key business drivers and financial metrics to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
