Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering and construction for the Oxide resource project
• Oversee development strategies for the Sulphide deposit
• Mitigate risks in mining operations in Latin America




• Provide financial and technical leadership for project execution

Requirements:
• 15+ years in gold mining operations
• Proven experience in mine construction and optimization
• Fluent in Spanish; strong cross-cultural communication
