Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical staff and oversee program delivery
• Establish short- and long-term technology strategies




• Supervise server infrastructure and telecommunications
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Collaborate with other departments and external organizations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in IT
• ITIL or equivalent certification
• Advanced Project Management courses completed
• Knowledge in DevOps practices
