Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify and eliminate waste.
Drive process improvement projects from conception to successful implementation.

Facilitate training and coaching on continuous improvement principles for teams.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead complex process improvement projects and achieve measurable results.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for remote and in-person engagements.
