What You’ll Do Drive operational excellence in areas like visual merchandising, customerservice, back room and merchandise processing.




Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providingclear updates and ensuring team alignment.
Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures.
Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement.
Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.
About You Relevant Experience – 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp ofcustomer needs and operational processes.
Team Collaboration – A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamworkand positive relationships.
Task Management – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in afast-paced environment while adapting to current challenges.
Communication and Time Management – Strong communication and time managementskills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization.
Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
