Your responsibilities include leading take-offs, soliciting subcontractors, and providing comprehensive bid proposals. You will also identify risks and opportunities, building narrative packages that foster client trust and engage in team-oriented scheduling efforts with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce full-scope conceptual through tender estimates
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid leveling
• Identify risk, value-engineering options,



and opportunities
• Build pricing narratives and proposal packages for clients
• Collaborate on realistic schedules and execution strategies

Requirements:
• 10+ years estimating experience in ICI General Contracting
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural and mechanical coordination
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment under deadlines
• Proficient in estimating tools like Bluebeam and Excel
