Arterra Wines Canada is seeking an Estate Chef to lead culinary operations across our lounge, wine bar, outdoor grills, and events. You will develop seasonal menus, oversee kitchen functions, and ensure consistent quality for intimate gatherings and large events.
You will manage purchasing, inventory, and food costs while guiding a team to deliver memorable wine and food experiences. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events is required.
