Performovernight front desk and guest service duties

Checkguests in and out and assist with requests

Completenightly audit and financial reports

Reconciledaily transactions and cash

Monitorhotel activity and maintain a safe environment

Preparereports for the morning team

Handleovernight calls and guest inquiries

Maintaina clean, organized, and professional front desk

Requirements

Previoushotel or front desk experience preferred

Strongcustomer service and communication skills

Basicaccounting and computer skills

Excellentattention to detail and organization

Abilityto work independently overnight

Reliable,qualified, and security-conscious

Flexibleto work overnight, weekends, and holidays
