As a part-time Human Resources Lead, you will collaborate closely with the COO during maternity leave coverage. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, onboarding logistics, and benefits administration. You’ll also make sound judgment calls on HR matters and handle BC Employment Standards issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain BambooHR, including records and system configuration
• Manage PTO tracking and approvals effectively
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes




• Handle complex BC Employment Standards issues
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, and offers

Requirements:
• Prior HR experience (part-time or full-time)
• Proficient in HRIS data management and reporting
• Solid knowledge of BC Employment Standards Act
• Understanding of benefits administration and group health plans
• Ability to draft employment agreements and documentation
