Carter’s is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, introduce baby essentials, and help prepare families for the first days of school, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
You’ll lead and coach the store team, model outstanding service, manage multiple tasks, and ensure store standards across omni-channel experiences. Availability may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
