In Red Deer and surrounding areas, you will monitor patients in distress, ensuring their safety and that of others. This position involves engaging with hospital staff and utilizing communication tools effectively. Applicants must be ready for on-demand shifts and travel within a 500 km radius.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report changes in patient safety
• Apply de-escalation techniques effectively
• Log and maintain detailed reports of interactions
• Communicate through two-way radios and software applications
• Handle confidential information with integrity

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
• Open availability for all shifts
• Willingness to travel to different locations
