Help customers celebrate the holidays with LCBO as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative! Deliver exceptional service and enhance the shopping experience from November 16 to December 31, 2026.

This on-site role needs enthusiastic representatives who enjoy working in a agile retail environment. You will support customers with product inquiries, operate the POS system, and facilitate donation requests during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign. Your efforts will contribute to a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment while receiving paid training to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers efficiently using the POS/Cash system
• Request donations as part of the sustainability campaign




• Participate in surveys to enhance customer experience
• Manage inventory and maintain store organization
• Lift and handle cases weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Legal ability to work in Canada
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Availability during key holiday dates
• Ability to work weekends and lift heavy items
