Become an Awake Overnight Youth Worker at WoodGreen in East Toronto. Engage with youth in a full-time, on-site role centered on therapeutic support and relationship building.

In this full-time position, you will work nights from 12 am to 8 am, supporting youth aged 12 to 24 at the Withrow Program. Your responsibilities will involve providing direct client care, assessing mental health needs, and ensuring a safe, inclusive workplace. You'll need to embody a strengths-based philosophy while developing life skills and recreational programs tailored to youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safe environments fostering therapeutic relationships
• Assess client needs through a trauma-informed lens
• Maintain accurate client records per agency standards




• Implement life skills and recreational programming
• Liaise with other facilities for youth support

Requirements:
• Degree in Child & Youth Work or related field
• Relevant experience in youth care
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Valid certifications in First Aid/CPR and managing aggression
• Capacity to work as part of a diverse team
