As a Store Manager, you will foster a welcoming environment and empower your team to become experts in our children’s clothing brands. This leadership role includes coaching staff to enhance their skills and optimize performance, creating connections with customers from welcoming greetings to sales floor support. You will also be responsible for aligning your team with our brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop succession plans through team training and networking
• Foster a positive, inclusive work culture for employee engagement




• Lead customer-focused sales strategies on the floor
• Execute merchandising direction and manage payroll oversight
• Analyze KPIs to drive operational outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in technology and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
