PowerCo is seeking a co-op student to enhance hands-on training through automation solutions. As an Automation & Technical Training Co-op, you’ll help design and create engaging learning environments while working closely with a talented team. This 4-month role supports various aspects of training material development and project tracking, fostering collaboration and flexibly within a diverse working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design of automation learning experiences
• Assist in creating training equipment for automation
• Help develop curriculum and learning materials




• Customize learning paths for shop floor roles
• Coordinate project tracking and stakeholder communication

Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC and safety sensors
• Robust problem-solving and hands-on skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Creativity and eagerness to innovate
