Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical expertise in collaboration with RN
• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions and treatments
• Deliver client-centered care with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Active registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS Level C certificate required
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Psychogeriatric experience is an asset
• Certificate in Dementia Care preferred
