Job Summary and Requirements
This posting is for one (1) permanent part-time position working 60 hours bi-weekly, located in Pelly Crossing, Yukon.

As a Cleaning Attendant in Pelly Crossing, a rural town in the Yukon, your duties will include floor care, general cleaning, sanitizing, clearing snow, identifying maintenance and safety concerns, and other related tasks. You'll also be responsible for maintaining government facilities and their surroundings according to department standards.
Experience performing light and heavy cleaning duties using janitorial equipment.
Experience performing minor maintenance in multi-use buildings.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Conditions of Employment
This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment:
RCMP vulnerable sector check,
WHMIS Certificate (to be obtained within 3 months of hire).
