As a Public Health Nurse, you will be a vital member of the Public Health Services team, working with the Population Health Promotion Model. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services based on Public Health Act
• Assess and address health needs of various populations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and community members
• Develop and implement health promotion strategies
• Adapt workload to meet client needs and priorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Minimum one year of Public Health Nursing experience
• Current CPR Level C certification
• Membership with CRNS required
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
