Empower families in their community as an engaging Community Engagement Facilitator with e4c. This full-time role supports children's development through outreach, collaboration, and community connection.

In this impactful position, you will connect families to essential early learning programs and resources. Engaging with interdisciplinary teams, you will provide trauma-informed support while leading events that foster parent education and active participation. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing school readiness while ensuring family well-being through team-oriented efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead intake and assessment processes for families
• Provide program information and assist with documentation
• Coordinate referrals and schedule specialized services




• Plan and facilitate parent education sessions and community events
• Build relationships with families and community partners

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in family support or community outreach
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification
