Become a Pharmacy Technician with Scarborough Health Network, located at the Centenary Site. This full-time role involves technical tasks, patient support, and medication preparation across various pharmacy departments.

In this permanent position, you will manage medication dispensing, preparation of sterile products, and ward stock replenishment. Candidates must hold a Pharmacy Technician Diploma from a CCAPP accredited college and be registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Your experience in parenteral sterile preparation and excellent communication skills will be essential to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle unit-dose and traditional medication dispensing
• Manage medication cart refills and ward stock




• Prepare both non-hazardous and hazardous drugs
• Maintain inventory management and quality improvement
• Engage in ethical and diversity-promoting conduct

Requirements:
• CCAPP accredited Pharmacy Technician Diploma
• Registered or eligible for the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum 1 year related pharmacy experience
• Experience in chemotherapy preparation preferred
