Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and orient Christmas Kettle Workers (volunteers)
• Schedule kettle staff and address emergency absences




• Communicate via phone and email to retain volunteers
• Foster relationships with kettle locations effectively
• Record statistical data as required for reporting purposes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year college diploma or equivalent
• 2 years' experience in fundraising and volunteer management
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
