Gerdau in Selkirk, Manitoba is offering a Co-op/Internship for a Mechanical Engineer eager to grow with a global steel producer. The role supports our Engineering and Maintenance teams in the Melt Shop or Rolling Mill, with on-the-job training and exposure to real projects.
You will update drawings, liaise with vendors, assist in capex projects, plan maintenance and order parts, and contribute to mechanical design tasks while developing practical industry skills in a quick-paced environment.
