You will
Provide direction to junior engineers and mentor geotechnical team members
Conduct geotechnical investigations and interpret geo-mechanical data
Develop and manage monitoring and QA/QC programs
Calibrate and maintain numerical models for excavation and slope stability
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support mine-to-mill improvements
Oversee risk management related to ground stability and seismicity
What you bring
10+ years of geotechnical experience with 5+ years in underground mining
Degree in Geotechnical or Mining Engineering
PEng in BC or eligible to register
Experience with micro-seismic systems and QA/QC implementation
Familiarity with Vulcan AutoCAD Minesight and other modeling software
Excellent leadership and communication skills
