Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions
Maintain an organized dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests
Handle guest inquiries, complaints,



and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with phone etiquette by taking reservations or answering questions about the restaurant
Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons
