Retail Sales Associate

Do you have a passion for furniture, interior décor, and creating an exceptional customer experience? Furniture Hideaway is looking for a motivated, sales-driven team member who enjoys helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Guide customers in their furniture and décor choices
Build customer relationships and help drive sales
Open, prepare, and close the store
Train, support, and coach team members
Assist with inventory, stock, merchandising, and operational tasks
Keep the showroom organized, clean, and welcoming

What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Customer service leadership experience is an asset
A passion for furniture, interior décor, sales, and merchandising
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working toward sales goals




Ability to work Monday–Thursday 8 hours a Day
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
