Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior and exterior painting. As a Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality work that meets our clients' expectations and project deadlines.

Responsibilities
Execute tasks as per project specifications and timelines, ensuring quality standards are met.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while in office.
Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for projects.
Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices and project documentation, in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in your Painting and Staining.




Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations is preferred.
Must possess necessary tools and equipment required for the job.
