Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional and friendly manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash transactions responsibly
Perform product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality
Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or through online inquiries
Qualifications
Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and qualified demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
