We are seeking motivated and dependable Laborers, Operators, and Drivers to join our energetic team. Responsibilities
Assist with various landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, edging, and general site preparation
Operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and loaders safely and efficiently
Drive company trucks to transport equipment and materials between job sites
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Support team members in completing projects on time and to high standards
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
Previous experience operating landscaping or construction equipment is preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is highly desirable
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn current skills and follow safety guidelines

Pay: $22.50-$38.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
