Outdoor Power Equipment shop looking for customer service and parts technician. We are a family run and operated business for 36 years. Will train the right candidate. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced workplace. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Process transactions accurately, including some cashiering duties.
Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of business, including parts look up, ordering and billing




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Uphold organization

Qualifications
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Computer skills required.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
Flexibility to work to do various duties and be part of a team.
