Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic individual to work in our Operation Team (Logistics & Customer Service). An ideal candidate should always be willing to meet each challenge directly, be attentive and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work. A successful applicant is a multi-tasker with excellent organization and communication skills.
Duties
· Assures timely and accurate processing of orders.
· Responds to inquiries in a timely manner and ensures overall customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and update shipment statuses on the company’s internal applications.
· Work with our partners (warehouses, carriers, customs brokers)
to ensure shipments are received and delivered on time.
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively collaborate with a team.
· Able to solve problems in a rapid-moving workplace.
· Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Positive attitude with good people skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
