Duties
Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, threading and skin treatments with precision and care
Provide skilled nail care services including manicures, and nail enhancements
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Upsell retail products by educating clients on advantages and usage to enhance their experience
Assist clients in selecting skincare or nail products that meet their individual needs
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a seamless service flow
Experience
Proven experience as an esthetician and nail technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail work
Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices for sanitation and client comfort
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with current trends in skincare, nails, and beauty treatments is preferred
Prior experience in upselling products to enhance client results is a plus
