Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring effective food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Manage cash handling procedures using Aloha POS systems accurately and securely
Oversee food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations
Assist with onboarding current team members to build a solid, capable staff
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain product quality and availability
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,
or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Experience in food industry roles like bartending, barista work, or hotel service is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
