Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Address guest inquiries,



concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards.
Process payments using POS system and handle cash/credit transactions

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience in a dine-in or casual/family-style restaurant
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Serving It Right certification preferred.
