Job Summary

Alt Vape Inc. is seeking part time and full time sales associates at our brand new Okotoks location.

Our ideal candidate has at least some standard of knowledge on vaping products and is willing and ready to learn, a strong sense of organizational skills and communicates openly and effectively with customers and coworkers.

Furthermore, said ideal candidate also has a reliable mode of transportation to and from work, a high school diploma, and takes punctuality seriously.

Duties
Greet customers and make them feel welcomed into the store, engage in conversation and help with what they need.
Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight key features of products in order for customers to make informed purchases.
Understand the importance of ID verification and the consequences of not demonstrating said understanding (always ID customers appearing under 30).
Operate Point of Sale systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
Maintain and upkeep product displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage time efficiently to balance customer interactions with stock organization and store duties.
Daily cleaning of the store (wipe downs, organization, etc.).
Taking/maintaining stock and inventory of products.

Requirements
Previous retail experience- the more, the better.
Willing to work different shift types within our schedule (5pm - 11pm, 9am - 5pm, etc.)
All candidates must be 18+.
Be personable and able to communicate efficiently/kindly with customers and coworkers.
Basic math skills for the purpose of effectively operating Point of Sale systems.
Speak kindly and with conviction.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
