Become a Pediatric Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Para Med and provide vital care in community settings. This Full-Time role includes a Monday to Friday schedule, traveling within Waterloo Region.
As a Pediatric RPN, you will play a crucial role in helping children maintain comfort in their homes despite medical complexities. Key Responsibilities:
Make scheduled home visits to support patient needs
Ensure ethical, protected nursing practices at all times
Perform assessments to identify patient care requirements
Continuously revise care plans as necessary
Keep detailed records of patient interactions and care plans
Requirements:
Current CNO registration as an RPN
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
Must have experience in pediatric care
Community care experience is advantageous
Flexibility and reliability in meeting patient needs
Deliver compassionate care to pediatric patients within their homes as part of the Para Med family.
