King's Exteriors Ltd is looking to hire two positions installing siding, soffit & fascia, eavestrough & downpipe systems, and windows & doors. Company vehicles will be provided. Must have a valid G or G2 driver's license. Experienced installers preferred but we are willing to train. Pay commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using hand tools and construction techniques
Install various types of vinyl siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, eavestrough and downpipes systems
Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and efficiently
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and saws to cut, shape, and secure components
Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools essential for accurate installation
Construction experience with a focus on exterior building finishes
Experience with caulking techniques to ensure weather-tight seals
Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions
Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in construction tasks
