We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a growing Montreal-based consumer products company. This is a hands-on role supporting customers, sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and resourceful, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders, inquiries and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with presentations, reports, samples and customer communications.
Manage the company’s Faire wholesale platform, including products, pricing, inventory and orders.
Maintain product catalogues, price lists, website content and product information.
Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, social media and current product launches.
Coordinate samples, product photography and sales materials.




Assist with trade shows and customer follow-up.
Identify opportunities to re-engage customers and support sales growth.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, marketing or a related role.
Highly organized with robust attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Solid computer skills, including Excel and online platforms.
Experience with Faire, e-commerce, wholesale or consumer products is an asset.
Bilingual French/English is an asset.
