Justik Medical Clinic is seeking a full -time Medical Office Assistant.

Shift Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:25 AM to 5 PM, with a 1 hour lunch (11:45 AM to 12:45 PM).

$20.50 starting wage.

Duties include:
Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and qualified manner at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages
Assisting Doctors, prepping patients for their appointments, rooming patients, and various other Medical Office Assistant Duties.

The successful candidate MUST possess a Medical Office Assistant Certificate and
Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant (preferred)
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (Healthquest is an asset)
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards




Experience working with multi-line phone systems in a busy office environment
Demonstrated ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
