Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and swiftly
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation guidelines
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales prospects
Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving,



food prep, and cashiering

Requirements
Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to operate POS systems, including Micros POS, with confidence and accuracy
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during quick-paced shifts
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant environment
Experience in cashiering or serving roles within the food industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively restaurant setting
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
