Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Sales Associate / Lotto Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist customers with greeting cards, gifts, and other merchandise.
Process lottery transactions accurately and responsibly.
Operate the cash register and handle cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Verify identification and comply with all lottery regulations and policies.
Restock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
Assist with inventory counts and receiving merchandise.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Experience with lottery sales is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
