Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
Assist in opening or closing duties,



including restocking supplies and completing necessary reports

Experience
Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced setting demonstrates readiness for this role
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
