Duties
Assist experienced meat cutters in preparing and cutting various types of meats according to established standards
Learn proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Support the packaging of meat products, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for freshness
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines
Help with inventory management by organizing meat supplies and monitoring stock levels
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections when needed
Follow all safety protocols during food preparation and handling to prevent contamination or accidents
Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with the food industry, food preparation, or kitchen environments is a plus but not required
