We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Retail Cashiers / Store Associates to join our team for our upcoming retail pop-up event.
This is a customer-facing role that combines cashier duties, customer service, merchandising, and general store support. We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with customers, are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting, and are willing to help wherever needed to keep the store organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service
Operate the POS system and process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately
Answer basic customer questions and assist customers in finding products
Restock merchandise and keep shelves and displays organized
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment
Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and moving merchandise when needed
Monitor product displays and help ensure merchandise is properly presented
Support the team with general floor and back-of-house duties
Help manage customer flow during busy periods
Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Friendly and confident when communicating with customers
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Able to work as part of a team and assist with different tasks as needed
Basic English communication skills required
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing general retail duties
Availability during the event period, including weekends and busy shopping days, is preferred
Training
Training will be provided before the official start date.
Selected candidates should be available to attend a scheduled training session during the 5 days prior to opening. Training times will be arranged based on availability.
This does not mean 5 full days of training.
