About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to support dog handling, cleaning, customer service, and daily operations in a fast-paced canine care workplace.

Flexible availability is a solid requirement for this position. Applicants must be available for shifts that may include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings, and some weekends.

Responsibilities
Handle and supervise dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
Monitor dog behaviour and follow established handling and safety procedures.
Clean and sanitize kennels, crates, yards, and other work areas.
Assist clients during drop-off and pick-up.
Process payments and support routine administrative tasks.
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.




Follow feeding and care instructions and report concerns promptly.
Support daily operations and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Adaptable availability, including the ability to work some weekends.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and breeds.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to follow company procedures and maintain a clean, protected workplace.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous customer service or animal care experience is an asset but is not required.
