Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Associate to support the presentation, organization, and replenishment of apparel merchandise. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing fashion department.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with locating apparel items, offering product recommendations, and answering questions
Stock, organize, and merchandise fashion products according to modular guidelines and seasonal plans




Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the salesfloor and backroom areas
Execute seasonal guide sets and features as directed by Home Office
Follow inventory control procedures, including stock rotation and loss prevention practices
Ensure proper signage and fixtures are used as outlined in modular plans
Contribute to a safe and hazard-free shopping environment by completing safety checks and securing displays
Support overall customer satisfaction through product knowledge and friendly service

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Comfortable lifting, moving, and placing merchandise as needed
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $18.10 per year
