Crew Members are the back bone of our restaurant and can perform a multitude of tasks to provide great customer service to serve our guests. They can be on the front service line, interacting and serving the customers directly, or they can be in the back of house, preparing excellent food that our customers crave and come to Wendy's for. We also strive for a neat, clean, and organized restaurant, and Crew Members will assist in attaining this as well.
We offer full positional training, and flexible scheduling. We also offer Health Perks for full time Crew Members.
