Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
Demonstrate products through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize satisfaction and sales
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization




Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and confidently in multiple languages if applicable

Experience
Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or electronics, is highly desirable
Proven ability to conduct product demos and explain technical information effectively
Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases are a plus
Familiarity with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Experience in upselling techniques and merchandising strategies that drive sales growth

Pay: $17.90 per hour
