Coho Commissary is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and punctual Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner to join our team.
This position plays an significant role in keeping our commercial kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
Complete a facility walkthrough at the beginning of each shift.
Perform general cleaning, including floors, garbage, work areas, and other assigned areas.
Complete dishwasher temperature and sanitation checks.
Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies.
Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to management.
Assist with general kitchen and facility duties as required.

Excellent reliability and punctuality are essential.
Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
Able to work independently and stay productive.
Comfortable working in a busy commercial kitchen.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing cleaning duties.
Previous dishwasher, kitchen, or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
FoodSafe certification is an asset.
Compensation
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
