We have an exciting opportunity for a nurse to join a specialist healthcare service. This permanent position is based in a custody healthcare setting, with a clear 4-on, 4-off rota pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), ensuring excellent work‑life balance.
The role is available to start as soon as possible, but can accommodate notice periods The position offers a competitive salary of £42,527 plus a welcome bonus and opportunity to earn overtime.

Your key responsibilities will be; Conducting forensic sampling (including road traffic offence bloods)




Providing care for detainees with acute medical needs
Delivering substance misuse therapies
Offering support to break re‑offending patterns
Managing vulnerabilities and conducting referrals
Promoting good personal healthcare
Working with mental health teams to support detainees’ needs
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has; Qualified paramedic with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience
Acute medical healthcare experience
Experience in A&E;, walk‑in centres, community nursing, or related roles
You must be a car driver, in order to as required cover other local police custodies
