Under general supervision, you will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Your role is essential in ensuring individual well-being and integrating care within the community, following established care plans. This position requires collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home support services following care plans
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Promote independence among individuals and families
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions
• Maintain compliance with safety and care guidelines
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Home Support Attendant Program
• Current registration with BC Care Aide Registry
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' License
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Protected certifications
• Physical ability to perform required duties
